Sound Therapy

Thanks for signing up to my Sound Therapy session.

WHAT TO BRING:

Due to covid regulations, please bring:

  • Your own comfortable yoga mat and pillow/s
  • A light sarong or blanket if you like and your journal or Vision Book if you have on otherwise a thoughts sheet will be provided
  • Please wear comfortable loose and light clothing
  • Try not to eat one hour beforehand (have a snack if you need)
Join Bree to melt away the stresses of the year with a relaxing and energy clearing sound session that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
The one-hour sound therapy session will be followed by a delicious cup of cacao or herbal tea and time to reflect on paper, in your journal or My Vision Book if you have one.
The 1-hour sound session is followed by time to chill with a cup of cocao (Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It helps the body to heal, detoxify and to give your immune system a good boost and is a very rich chocolate taste)
If you have never enjoyed a sound therapy session before, it’s like a massage for your cells.
With your body being over 70% water, the sound of specially tuned instruments vibrate through your entire body. It’s like a deep meditation and massage wrapped in one.
In today’s age of stress, anxiety, and frustration it can seem very difficult to get any kind of break from the pressures of our daily activities. One way to make a positive change in your life and to relieve stress is to use sound therapy. The ways that your body reacts to certain sounds and vibrations can have a positive impact on your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

When you have low energy,
it can affect your life in many ways:

Physically
You may find it difficult to be vibrant 

Emotionally
You may feel sensitive to other people’s energy towards you, or yours towards theirs

Mentally
You may feel overwhelmed, confused, or have trouble making decisions

Spiritually
Your life may feel empty, depleted, or feel like you’re missing something.
